The Ström

Join the Program and Transform How You Lead

Welcome to The Ström Seminar — a transformative, immersive week led by Henric Ideström for conductors, music educators, singers, and ensemble leaders.

This intensive reimagines traditional conducting through connection, presence, and embodied music-making.

Rather than focusing solely on gesture and technique, you’ll develop a living conducting language—learning how to foster musical flow through intentional presence, communicate clearly without over-explaining, and experience music as a shared, relational process.

Throughout the week, you’ll explore vulnerability and authenticity as essential leadership tools while working hands-on with choral singers in a supportive, deeply human learning environment.

This is not just about conducting better.
It’s about leading differently.
